All current items are preorder, and may take up 3 weeks to ship.

Typically, orders will take between 2-5 business days for processing before being dispatched.

Transit times vary based upon the following conditions:

  • Total distance between us and you
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international shipment

Please email us at info@badfriendsmerch.com to begin the return process. We do not currently accept returns for international orders.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of order shipped date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and still include original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns for any item that states "No Returns" on the description page. We do not offer returns on perishable goods.

Please contact us right away emailing us at info@badfriendsmerch.com We begin processing orders right away but may be able to change the address if caught soon enough.

To make changes to your order please email us at info@badfriendsmerch.com. We begin processing orders shortly after receipt. For this reason, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once it’s submitted. If you decide you do not want the merchandise, you can return your order by mail.

Orders placed on badfriendsmerch.com ship from the US, and all international shipments are subject to your country's applicable duties, taxes and other clearance charges. For international shipments, the shipping charge at checkout covers the cost of freight only and does not include any applicable duties, taxes or clearance fees.

Upon your order being fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number associated with your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to update. If you find that your tracking has not updated within an appropriate time frame, please feel free to reach out to our support team with any questions. Please include your order number and email associated.

If an item goes out of stock after your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that you’ve been refunded. You will only be charged for items that ship. 

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors:

  • Domestic vs. International
  • Total weight of the package
  • Selected shipping method
